Shipping & Delivery

At OKPainting Studio, we ensure safe and efficient worldwide delivery of all hand-painted oil paintings, whether for individual clients or wholesale partners. Every artwork is carefully packed and shipped from our studio in Shenzhen, China, to clients across the globe.

1. Processing Time

Each painting is 100% hand-painted by our professional artists. Production time depends on the order size and painting complexity:

• For retail and small custom orders: approximately 1–3 weeks of creating time.
• For large or bulk orders: approximately 2–4 weeks, depending on quantity and size.

2. Packaging

All paintings are securely packed to prevent damage during transit. Depending on your order and shipping method, we offer two packing options:

• Rolled canvas – paintings are rolled in protective tubes for economical shipping.
• Framed or stretched artworks – carefully wrapped with corner protectors and reinforced carton or wooden crates.

3. Shipping Options

We work with trusted international couriers, including DHL, FedEx, UPS, and EMS. For wholesale and trade shipments, we also arrange air freight and sea freight through reliable logistics partners.

4. Shipping Rates

• For retail or small custom orders: USD 40 per painting (any size).
• Each additional item in the same order: +USD 40.
• For bulk or wholesale shipments, shipping cost is based on volume and destination (quoted individually).

5. Delivery Time

• Express delivery (DHL / FedEx / UPS): 3–7 business days after dispatch.
• Air freight (bulk orders): approximately 10–15 days door-to-door.
• Sea freight (container or large orders): approximately 20–35 days depending on destination.

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided for real-time updates.

6. Wholesale & Trade Shipping

For orders above USD 3,000 or multiple-item shipments, we provide customized shipping solutions:

• Air Freight – suitable for medium-sized trade orders requiring faster delivery.
• Sea Freight – ideal for large volume or framed artworks.
• DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) – available for most countries; OKPainting handles customs and taxes for a worry-free experience.
• DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) – buyers handle import duties upon arrival.

7. Customs & Duties

International shipments may be subject to import duties or VAT depending on your country’s regulations. Unless shipped under DDP terms, these fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Our logistics team can assist with pre-shipment customs estimates if needed.

8. Insurance

All shipments include standard courier insurance. For bulk orders or gallery shipments, we offer optional full-value insurance and wooden crate packing for maximum protection.
