1. What is OKPainting Studio and what do you offer?

OKPainting Studio is a hand-painted oil painting workshop based in Dafen Oil Painting Village, Shenzhen, China. Our artists create modern canvas art, classic master reproductions, landscape & decorative pieces, and custom portraits for clients worldwide, including interior designers, galleries, and retail customers.

2. Are your paintings 100% hand-painted?

Yes. All paintings are hand-painted with artist-grade materials. For some large décor projects, we may suggest different workmanship levels (for example, premium gallery pieces vs. budget decorative versions), but each item is finished by hand with real paint on canvas.

B. Ordering & Customization

3. How do I place an order?

For standard products, you can order directly on OKPainting.com. For custom sizes, special subjects, or bulk orders, you may submit a request via our Wholesale Enquiry Form or use the Request a Quote page.

4. Can you create custom portraits or paintings from my photos?

Yes. We offer a full range of custom portrait and custom landscape / pet / building services from your reference photos. You can upload your images on the relevant product page or send them to us after submitting your enquiry. Our team will confirm composition, size, style, and price before starting.

5. How long does production usually take?

Production time depends on the complexity and size of the artwork. As a general guide:

• Standard decorative pieces: about 7–15 days for painting and drying.
• Complex custom portraits or large works: around 15–25 days.

If you have a deadline for a project, please let us know and we will advise what is realistic.

6. Do you provide framing or stretching?

We mainly ship paintings as rolled canvas in protective tubes to keep shipping costs lower and reduce damage risk. For some destinations and project orders, we can also offer stretching or framing options on request. Please contact us with details and we will quote separately.

C. Shipping & Returns

7. Do you ship worldwide and which couriers do you use?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide using express couriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS or other reliable partners. Shipping time is usually about 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination.

8. Who is responsible for customs duties and taxes?

In most cases, the customer is responsible for any import duties, VAT, or local taxes charged by their country. These fees are not included in our product prices unless clearly stated otherwise in a specific quotation or contract.

9. What if my painting arrives damaged or I am not satisfied?

If a package arrives damaged, please take photos of the outer box and the painting and contact us within a reasonable time. We will work with you on a solution such as repair, replacement, or partial refund depending on the case.

For custom paintings, we usually provide progress photos so that adjustments can be made before shipping. For full details, please refer to our Return Policy.

D. Wholesale & B2B Customers

10. Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Yes. We work with galleries, interior designers, online stores, hospitality projects and other B2B partners worldwide. Approved wholesale customers can receive volume-based discounts, project pricing, and long-term support.

To apply, please use our Wholesale Enquiry Form and share your business background, estimated volume, and project requirements.

11. Is there a minimum order for wholesale?

We are flexible and can start with smaller test orders. However, better discounts are usually available for larger or repeated orders. For significant projects (for example, hotels or large décor programs), we will prepare a custom quotation based on your specification.

E. Affiliate Program & Relationship with Wholesale Pricing

12. How does the OKPainting Affiliate Program work?

Our affiliate program allows content creators, designers, and partners to earn up to 10% commission by referring retail customers to OKPainting. Commissions are calculated on the customer’s actual payment (excluding shipping & taxes) and are capped at USD 200 per order. Payouts are made via PayPal, usually 30 days after shipment if there are no returns or refunds.

13. Are affiliate customers getting a better price than wholesale buyers?

No. Affiliate commissions are rewards paid to the promoter, not to the customer, and they do not reduce our standard retail list prices.

Wholesale buyers receive volume-based B2B discounts and project pricing that are designed specifically for long-term, high-volume partners.

Affiliate commissions only apply to standard retail orders placed through our online store and cannot be used on wholesale or negotiated pricing. Therefore, wholesale customers always receive the most advantageous pricing structure in our system.

14. Can wholesale discounts and affiliate commissions be combined?

No. Wholesale pricing and affiliate commissions are two separate programs:

• Wholesale discounts are built into the product price and offered to approved B2B partners based on order volume and long-term cooperation.
• Affiliate commissions are rewards paid to the promoter for referring a retail customer and do not change the customer’s price.

For clarity and fairness, a single order can qualify either as a wholesale / B2B order or as a retail affiliate order, but not both at the same time.
