At OKPainting Studio, we value long-term partnerships and strive to ensure every client is fully satisfied with our hand-painted oil paintings. Because each piece is individually hand-painted, our policy balances flexibility for retail customers with practical terms for wholesale orders.
1. General Conditions
All paintings are 100% hand-painted, not machine prints. Small variations in brushwork, color tone, or texture are part of the painting’s authenticity and are not considered defects. Since each painting is custom-made, we generally do not accept returns due to personal preference or change of mind.
2. Retail Orders & Semi-Custom Paintings — Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges
We offer hassle-free returns, revisions, and replacements for retail and semi-custom paintings (such as size or color adjustments) to ensure your full satisfaction.
- Not satisfied? You may return your painting within 30 days or request revisions. Contact us with your order number to start the process.
- Damaged on arrival: Report within 7 days with photos. We will replace the painting for free and handle all courier arrangements.
- Refunds (non-damaged): You’ll receive a refund for the item price minus the actual outbound shipping cost (typically around USD 35 per painting). The buyer covers return shipping.
- Revisions: You can send it back for color or detail adjustments. We’ll make revisions until you approve the result, then reship at our cost.
This policy applies to all standard and semi-custom orders, excluding fully personalized portraits or photo-based commissions.
3. Wholesale & Trade Orders
For bulk or wholesale projects, returns or refunds are not available due to the customized nature and production scale. However, if there are major quality issues or shipping damage, we will provide repainting, compensation, or replacement after review.
Our goal is to maintain long-term cooperation and consistent quality assurance, giving trade clients full confidence in every shipment.
4. Custom Portraits & Special Orders
Custom portraits and fully personalized artworks created from client photos are non-refundable unless the painting arrives damaged or with a verified defect. We always send preview photos for your approval before shipment to ensure satisfaction.
