This Affiliate Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your participation in the OKPainting Affiliate Program (“Program”) operated by OKPainting Studio (“Company”, “we”, “us”). By registering as an affiliate, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Commission Policy

1. Affiliates earn a 10% commission on the total value of referred orders, excluding shipping fees, duties, and taxes.
2. The maximum commission per order is USD 200.
3. Commissions are calculated based on the customer’s actual paid amount after discounts.
4. Commission will be paid 30 days after shipment, provided there are no returns or refunds for that order.

2. Tracking and Attribution

1. Each affiliate will receive a unique referral link and/or discount code via the GoAffPro platform.
2. Tracking is handled by GoAffPro cookies and order attribution on the OKPainting website.
3. Cookies are generally valid for 60 days. If multiple affiliates refer the same customer, the latest valid referral before the purchase will be credited.
4. The Company is not responsible for tracking failures caused by the customer’s browser settings, ad blockers, cookie deletion, or other technical limitations beyond our control.

3. Payout

1. Payouts are made via PayPal or bank transfer (if mutually agreed), once the total payable commission exceeds USD 50.
2. All fees related to PayPal or bank transactions are the responsibility of the affiliate.
3. Commissions may be held or adjusted if suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.

4. Prohibited Activities

1. Affiliates may not bid on “OKPainting”, “OKPainting Studio”, or similar brand terms in Google Ads, Bing Ads, or any other paid search platform.
2. Affiliates may not represent themselves as official employees, agents, or representatives of OKPainting Studio.
3. Self-purchases, order manipulation, coupon abuse, or any form of fraudulent transaction are strictly forbidden. Such orders are not eligible for commission and may lead to account termination.
4. Misleading, offensive, or illegal promotional content (including hate speech, adult content, or spam) is not allowed.
5. Affiliates must comply with all applicable advertising laws, platform policies, and disclosure rules in their country or region.

5. Termination

1. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate affiliate accounts at any time in case of policy violations, fraudulent activity, or behavior that may harm the reputation of OKPainting Studio.
2. Affiliates may terminate their participation in the Program at any time by contacting us in writing.
3. Upon termination, any valid, unpaid commissions up to the termination date may be paid out at the Company’s discretion, subject to the normal payout schedule and verification process.

6. Limitation of Liability

1. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in this Program, including loss of revenue, profits, or data.
2. Our total liability to you for any claim related to this Program shall not exceed the total commission paid to you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

7. Relationship with Wholesale Pricing

1. The Affiliate Program is intended for retail orders placed at standard website prices.
2. Affiliate commissions do not apply to:
   • wholesale or B2B orders with negotiated pricing,
   • project-based quotations, or
   • any order where special discounts or contract prices are applied.
3. Wholesale discounts and affiliate commissions cannot be combined on the same order. The Company reserves the right to reclassify an order as wholesale/B2B and remove affiliate commission where necessary to maintain consistent pricing policies.

8. Changes to this Agreement

The Company may update or modify this Agreement from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued participation in the Program after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
